Kick off your holiday weekend with a bang by joining us July 3rd on Pratt street Hartford Connecticut featuring multiple artist, creatives and small businesses. Let’s shine a light on those who want to grow and share their craft within this great city! An outside event in the heart of the city “Downtown”, outside pet and family friendly for everyone start the holiday weekend off right!!

I, the artist/ vendor, acknowledge and agree to the following terms for participating in the Hartford live event “Art Walk 2.0 night edition”:

1. Sales Policy/ Setup: Vendors may sell original artwork and or any original items during the event vendors are not allowed to sell artificial or copyrighted product. Vendors are required to supply their own setup as in 6 foot table and two chairs “No Tents”. Encouraged to bring business cards or promotional materials to share with interested attendees for future inquiries or commissions.

Live painting can only be done with cloth underneath the painting area, you are responsible for any damages to the area, do not leave any trash or items alone or behind the representative of Pratt street has everyone's placement and information and you will be held responsible for any of those things. If you have any questions or require an outlet please let me know thank you. You are NOT allowed to place anything within the walkway that’d impede the walk flow in front or behind your area. Next to your table is fine as long as your neighbor isn’t being blocked or affected.

2. Liability Waiver: I understand that my participation in the event is voluntary. I agree to assume all risks associated with my participation and acknowledge that the City of Hartford, event organizers, property owners, volunteers, and sponsors are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss that may occur during the event.

3. Hold Harmless Agreement: I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless of the City of Hartford, event organizers, residential homeowners, business owners, sponsors, and all other associated parties from any claims, demands, damages, or legal proceedings arising directly or indirectly from my participation in this event.

4. Artwork, Product Display and Conduct: I agree to create and display artwork/ product in a manner that is respectful to the community and aligns with the family-friendly nature of the event. I understand that the event organizers reserve the right to ask for removal of any artwork or product deemed inappropriate.

5. Photography and Media Release: I grant permission for the Town of Hartford and event organizers to photograph and record my participation in the event for promotional and archival purposes. I understand that these images may be used in social media, publications, and other marketing materials.

6. Weather and Event Conditions: I acknowledge that this is an outdoor event. I am responsible for bringing necessary materials and equipment, and I understand that event organizers are not responsible for damage due to weather or environmental conditions. Pratt street becomes very windy at times so please keep in mind when creating display bring small weights for paper or lighter display so nothing flies away during said event.

7. Fees: $35 non refundable fee, limited vendor once payed add email to mailing list for following information as in placement parking information and more. 1 slot per vendor if you’d like more space please email per request if space is available we’ll charge you for another slot. I

8. Parking/ Setup & Breakdown: Vendors may come at 4pm for setup if available, you can pull up to either side of Pratt street to offload your things but please be mindful for other vendors. Parking is free after 6pm there’s 66 Pratt street lot "Pro Park", $20 to park for the night or $5 for one hour the move to a free spot on the nearest street it’s downtown so there’s plenty of spots just have to find one. Breakdown/ cleanup starts at 9pm if you have to leave early please get in contact with organizer thank you.
